Wifi problem? should i buy this wifi product?!

well i was thinking of buying a WRT160N it's a wirless 802.11N and i heard it's faster than B and G but on the apple site my ipod touch just support 802.11b/g but on the product WRT160N says it works great with 802.11b AND 802.11G Device. so does my ipod touch works with this product..?Q&A For PC

Solarisp is misinformed. I have a wireless computer and the fastest connection speed with a wireless g was 54mbs. When I changed the router to a wireless N the speed increased to 120mbsQ&A For PC
Version 1 of the wrt160n router was great, unfortunately version 2 is now about all you'll find in stores. It's now junk.
Your Ipod will not use the N band so why pay for it.
The wrt54g2 will do what you need for less money.
If you're going to go with an N capable router I'd go with the Wrt310n.

Your iPod will work with it, but it won't be able to take advantage of the speed increase of wireless N. You need a device with wireless N to get the benefits.Q&A For PC
