Can you report YouTube channels and if you can't why not?!

Apple Picking, if you would like to report that one 12 year olds youtube channel please just leave him alone. He is obviously confused and has personal issues he needs to work out. Don't take it so personally. Anyway I'm not quite sure that is a good question. Have a nice day now pal!Q&A For PC

There is one way I think. If there is an account with an Inappropriate picture or content then on the bottom of the screen it has a button that has report channel background picture If there are other ones then I don't know were they are.Q&A For PC

I dont think you can..you can try a letter to youtube..(which never works)
