Use Conditional Format..
Say Stage 1 data is in A1:A1000
- Select the entire range (A1:A1000)
- Go to "Conditional Formatting" (2007 - Home Tab ----2003 Format menu)
- Select "Use a formula to determine which cells to format" /"Formula"
- Type in that box =A1<>""
- Click "Format" --- Fill - Pick the color you want.
- Follow the same steps for the other 4 columns.Q&A For PC
